Quality Policy

Our commitment is based on the commercialization of compliant products, taking into account the needs and expectations of stakeholders, with a special focus on customer interest and satisfaction. This commitment is based on a continuous improvement of the processes, in order to guarantee the development, implementation, and improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

 

In this sense, all those who work at UrActive, guide their performance by the following principles:

  • Knowledge management, directed to the development of partnerships with technology centers/research through the local University and the hiring of specialized collaborators, in order to ensure the sharing of new knowledge and improvement of existing ones. This commitment aims to invest in adequate R&D&I training, contributing to the constant updating of the commercial and marketing team, which is essential for the correct operationalization of the defined processes, thus allowing the company to have resources with adequate requirements, which in turn ensure the compliance of the solution to be delivered to customers, as well as its correct disclosure.
  • Results focus, allowing a sustained growth, supported by the quality and promotion of the marketed solution, also based on the orientation of the decisions by virtue of the results obtained through the monitoring and measurement of the process performance indicators, with a view to achieving the strategic objectives outlined. The results focus is also based on the intensification of the motivation and participation of all employees of the company, stimulating the initiative and teamwork, improving the results to be achieved through knowledge sharing, which allows more ease in the identification and new developments and in the launching of new functionalities, culminating in the acquisition and new clients.
  • Compliance with requirements, guaranteed are the criteria applicable to the business being good practices, contractual requirements and requirements of the reference standard of the Quality Management System, as well as the legal requirements, complying with current legislation in force, especially in what regulation and processing of customer data. In this sense, URA is committed to complying with the legal regulations applicable to its area of ​​activity, ensuring the correct updating of its employees in this regard.  
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes by selecting improvement opportunities and implementing any actions required to meet requirements and increase customer satisfaction based on complaints, suggestions and satisfaction assessments as a way to ensure continuous improvement of services provided, conveying them confidence in a consistent and systematic manner, while also ensuring the correct functioning of the Quality Management System, based on the norm NP EN ISO 900:20015, ensuring compliance with the Quality Objectives.
