Stripe

The first step in setting up Stripe is to first create a Stripe account.

To set up Stripe you need two simple steps:

  1. See how your API Keys are available in Stripe Backoffice and put in UrActive Backoffice fields;
  2. Set up Webhooks (Tracking for your customers’ payment actions).

These steps do not take more than 15 minutes to complete.

Once you have created an account, go to the Developers section in the API Keys subsection to see your keys. Two are required:

· Public key (starting with the following format: “pk_live_”)

· Secret key (this item should generate, starting with the following format starting with “sk_live_”)

In your UrActive Backoffice, in the site settings enter the one that starts with “pk_live_” in the Stripe Public Key field and the one that starts with “sk_live_” in the Stripe Private Key field.

Next, you need to create 3 webhook events. To do this go to the Developers section and Webhooks subsection.

Click Add endpoint, and add the following link in the “Endpoint URL” field: https://api.uractive.com/rest/stripe/hook

Then add in “Events to Send” the following from the list (when entering these should appear in the list, just select them or enter manually).

Events to send:

  • charge.dispute.created
  • charge.refunded
  • checkout.session.completed

Congratulations! Now you can receive payment from your customers with Stripe integration!
